At SyncDub AI, we want you to be fully satisfied with our real-time video translation services. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which you may request a refund for credit pack purchases.

1. Eligibility for Credits Refund

You are eligible to receive a full refund on any purchased translation credit pack (Starter, Pro, or Ultra) under the following conditions:

Once a refund is approved and processed, the corresponding credits will be permanently removed from your account balance. Free sign-up minutes are non-refundable and carry no monetary value.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If your account is charged twice for the same order due to system latency or payment gateway hiccups, we will issue a direct refund for the duplicate transaction. Please contact support immediately with your transaction ID.

3. Refund Processing Time

Razorpay Settlements

All refunds are settled directly through Razorpay and returned via the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, or Wallet). Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing cycle.

4. Dispute Handling & Support

If you experience technical issues where the extension fails to translate or connect due to server outages, and you wish to request a refund outside the standard 14-day window, please reach out to us at support@syncdub.ai. We review exceptional refund claims case-by-case to ensure fair resolution.
