Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SyncDub AI Chrome extension and related proxy services (the "Service"), operated by SyncDub AI. By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description & Eligibility

SyncDub AI is a browser extension that captures audio from your active YouTube tab and routes it in real-time to SyncDub AI via our secure proxy. This processes and synthesizes a localized voice track. To use this Service, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).

2. Account Access & Sign-In

SyncDub AI uses Google OAuth Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure. We are not liable for any losses or unauthorized access resulting from a compromise of your personal credentials.

3. Credits, Usage & Billing Tiers

Translation Credit Packs

The Service runs on a prepaid credit system where translation minutes are purchased in packages (Starter, Pro, Ultra) via Razorpay. Credits are deducted incrementally server-side based on the actual duration of translated audio.

All transactions on our platform are final. Purchased minutes do not expire unless explicitly specified during promotional campaigns. Credits are non-refundable once added, subject to applicable local consumer protection laws.

4. Acceptable Use Guidelines

When utilizing the Service, you agree not to:

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

SyncDub AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the translation synthesis will be completely accurate or uninterrupted. In no event shall SyncDub AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service downtime or translation accuracy errors.
